Kally
Kally has been part of the With Love Family since day one, bringing years of bridal expertise and genuine care to every appointment and everyone’s experience in the boutique.
As a proud Carleton Place local, she’s built a beautiful life here with her two young kids and husband. Always up for the next adventure, they’ve just finished building a home for the second time and if you ask her she’d say they will likely do it again.
Her love story shows that they were destined for a life of adventure from the begining. Her and her husband of now almost 10 years met skydiving back in 2011 when she worked in the sport and he was a regular in the sport!
These days outside of the boutique you’ll find her indulging in a little self care, sipping a good glass of wine, adding to her online shopping cart and knee deep in Mom life.
A dress shopping tip she’d love to share with brides is to choose a gown you feel truly comfortable in. How you feel in your dress will show in the way you carry yourself throughout your day and it will shine through in your photos.

The vibe queen. Syd brings calm, magnetic energy to every appointment - the kind that makes the whole process feel fun, natural, and totally you. Equal parts chill and dialed-in, she lives and breathes weddings (even off the clock) and is all about creating a seamless, joy-filled experience from start to finish. Good vibes only.
A dress shopping tip she would love to pass on to brides is to be present! The expectations you set for your dress shopping journey, whatever they may be, leads to overthinking which takes away from the magic of the moment so be present and listen to the “YES signals” in your body.

Elaina
Elaina comes to us with a background in sustainable fashion. She has a natural eye for style and a way of knowing what looks good on people. Her creative energy shines through in everything she does - from styling gowns to assisting with the daily operations in the boutique.
Her hunt for love was short and sweet when her first swipe right ended up being her forever person! While they’re still on the hunt for their first home together, her wedding dress is already secured (pre-engagement)!
When she is not busy working, Elaina loves filling her sketchbook or getting cozy with a crochet project while her cats eat her yarn.
A dress shopping tip she would love to share is if a dress peaks even a little curiosity for you, try it on! Pleasant surprises happen here everyday.
Assistant Manager & Bridal Stylist
Zuri
Zuri brings effortless cool-girl energy and a background of wedding and event planning to the boutique. Being newly engaged and still exploring her own bridal style, she connects deeply with brides who are doing the same!
She met her fiancé in high school but lost touch with him, only to reconnect 10 years later! After an intimate photobooth proposal they dove right into planning their 2027 wedding.
When not at the boutique, you might find Zuri at her local pool hall winning games or up on stage with her fiancé learning to DJ!
A dress shopping tip she’d love to share with brides is to be open to trying dresses that wouldn’t usually be your first pick, seeing them on the hanger is so different than seeing them on your own body!
Bridal Stylist & Content Creator
Lisa
Lisa brings a sweet, bubbly energy that instantly puts brides at ease - the kind of person who feels like a best friend from the moment you meet her! This girl has an eye for what looks good, on her brides and around the boutique.
Born and raised in Ottawa, she’s got a serious case of wanderlust, most recently jetting off to Costa Rica and Germany.
Lisa’s partner played the long game and finally made it out of the friend zone!! After 8 years together they’ve become each others favorite travel buddy and best friend.
When she’s not in the boutique, you’ll find her cheering on the Sens with her 3 cats or reminiscing about memories from the Era’s Tour (which she attended 3 seperate times)!
A dress shopping tip she would love to share is that once you see dresses on yourself, sometimes the vision for your day changes and that’s okay! The dress you choose should feel like a reflection of who you are.
Bridal Stylist & Atmosphere Curator
Danielle
Danielle may not come from the bridal world, but she’s made it her own, heart-first. You’ll find her at our sister store, With Love Bridal Boutique in Kanata where she manages the boutique. As the fearless leader she’s committed to creating a space that’s welcoming, uplifting, and just a little unexpected (she’s known to pull a wild card gown that turns into the one). She’s all about connection, collaboration, and celebrating every yes.
Her love story is one for the ages. These two work together and choose each other everyday in life, love and business!
Outside of work life you will find her belting out some Beyoncé in the car while on her way to her son’s next hockey game. She loves watching a baseball game, taking a trip to explore new foods and culture, to watch a good Broadway show or tennis match.
